For over 15 years, London-based Irish designer Orla Kiely has been designing everything from handbags to furniture in an effort to infuse the fashion world with a bit of whimsy. Ever since her first modest collection Orla has done just that with wonderful results.
Launched in the 1990's, when fashion was black and conceptual, Orla Kiely achieved a freshness through her use of colour and pattern which created an instant appeal. Over the following decade her collection has grown to include a complete womenswear line, accessories, travel and homeware. She has recently launched her first stationery collection.
