Returns Procedure

We want you to love the things you buy from Small Acorns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product you have purchased on-line, please return it to us in original, unopened condition with the original packaging, & your receipt, within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund the purchase price using the method you used for the initial purchase. Please call 0800 22 67 67 (0800 ACORNS) and follow the returns procedure.

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged packaging unless they are faulty. For hygiene reasons cosmetics, creams and toiletries cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Freight charges are not refundable unless the goods are faulty, in which case we will also refund you the cost of returning the goods to us.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund, exchange or credit any items damaged in the wash.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
