Vintage Chai Tray

These quirky old chai trays have been gathered from India, where they have worked hard carrying and delivering chai tea around the markets and stallholders. Each chai tray is etched with a timeworn patina and they are truly quirky and unique. Indian ingenuity at its best - the tray itself is like a wooden drawer, with a handle at each end. Then it has a metal grid top nailed to fit, which fits the chai cups or glasses.

Fabulous in the kitchen with your oils and vinegars, or on the dining table with sauces and dressings, or with flowers, or to hold and display small pot plants.
