Flowers & Frippery Styling Workshop | July 19th
Moving things around my home, switching up the candles, collections, flowers, plants and cushions has really kept me sane and calm over the past few weeks. It’s important to find inspiration wherever we can at the moment and I feel most relaxed surrounded by the things I love, candles lit, books to inspire, and things of beauty – it gets me ready to take on each day as it comes.
Styling moments with our collected treasures, and crafting vignettes brings personality to our homes, they have the power to form a narrative in their grouping.
At the essence of all of this, is a well honed technique of being able to mix and mingle my treasures together to create a look that is uniquely mine. Not a copy and paste arrangement of things, but something I've worked on, and makes me happy, with special treasures from here there and everywhere.
A few of you have bought to my attention that you need a little bit of help with how to incorporate all your collected bits together to create a look that is uniquely yours - and thus the Flowers & Frippery Styling Workshop was born!
This workshop will focus on:
- styling and arranging tabletops, consoles, coffee tables and 'shelfies'.
- looking at your belongings through a different lens. Within our own spaces there is inspiration to be found in new pairings.... in the mixing and mingling of our chosen objects.
- bringing a little of the outside in with flowers, greenery, a branch. Simple floral styling at home.
Join Amanda and Abbey for a relaxed and fun afternoon.
Sunday July 19th, 2pm - 4.30pm at Small Acorns.
Our workshops are small intimate affairs, so that we can spend time one on one, and answer as many of your questions as possible. Refreshments are included.
Please note we are unable to refund the ticket price if for some reason on the day, you are unable to attend the workshop, but you are welcome to gift your ticket to a friend.
