Are You A Small Acorns Insider?
The Small Acorns Insider Club is our Small Acorns Loyalty Rewards programme. It’s free to sign up, earn points on both your instore & online purchases, & unlock our free reward vouchers to give you discount on your purchases. Receive a free birthday gift, insider access to store events and sales, exclusive offers & surprise rewards when you unlock a special gift! You must be signed up to our emails to be eligible for these rewards.
You can use your rewards online or instore.
Each time you shop with us, make sure you are logged into your account, or let us know you belong to our loyalty programme when you shop instore. To access your Insider Club, view your points and claim rewards, you just need to create a loyalty customer account by creating a login and password. To do this, click on the pink button that says Small Acorns Loyalty on the bottom left hand side of your screen or mobile. Then click on the button that says Sign Up or Sign In. It is important to use the same email address in store and online to ensure your points are collected by a single account.
If you are already a member or have signed up to our loyalty programme instore, this is also where you login to see your points balance and to claim rewards.
Once you have signed in, click on the Small Acorns logo, or go back to the home page where you can see the pink Loyalty button and click on this again. From here you can complete your profile and see your points balance and rewards.
Please note, you do not login at the top right of the screen next to the search & cart buttons where it says 'My Account'. This login has nothing to do with our loyalty programme.
Joining our loyalty programme is different to subscribing to our email newsletter. Subscribing to our newsletter adds your details to our email database but does not automatically create a loyalty account for you. You will earn points in the background if you have made a purchase, but you will still need to create a loyalty account in order to redeem your points and claim your rewards.
Reward Vouchers
Earn 1 point for every NZD $1 you spend either online or in store*.
Your points will accrue with each purchase,* and once you have 400 points you can start to spend your points and unlock free voucher rewards. You can redeem these at any time, one voucher at a time.
$25 Voucher = 400 points to redeem, with a minimum spend of $75
*Points are excluded on shipping costs, items on sale, original art, furniture, fabrics, wallpaper and the labour costs associated with custom curtains, blinds and upholstery. Points accrued automatically for these may be deducted manually from your account.
Birthday Gifts
We think birthdays are for celebrating! If you're an Insider Club member, you'll receive a special gift from us each year to celebrate your birthday. Remember to add your date of birth to your online profile or let one of our team members know to update your details next time you're in-store.
